Refund Policy

Returns

  • Ingenuity Drinks Ltd is not obliged to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully. If you have any questions please email and ask our team. The customer services team is always happy to help. Ingenuity Drinks Ltd generally does not offer a refund.

  • If the product you have purchased is faulty or damaged, we will provide options to resolve your enquiry, as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 New Zealand.

  • If your order was damaged in-transit or if you've received the wrong Saffronade order, please advise our customer services team immediately by emailing customerservices@saffronade.com.


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Returns requests must be actioned within two days of delivery.

  • A charge for return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is received and checked for the claimed fault, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your claim has been accepted or rejected.

  • If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days following your notification.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take a few days for interbank processing time before a refund is posted. If still no payment, please check with your bank for pending payments.

  • If payment by credit card, then contact your credit card company. Since this may take an extended time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservices@saffronade.com


Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@saffronade.com and send your item to:

Once you have purchased goods from the Website you are committed to the transaction and your credit card will be charged immediately following your confirmation of the purchase on the Website. While we take great care in selecting the products presented on the Website, we acknowledge that from time to time problems may arise. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, so please contact us in the first instance if a problem does arise and we will do our best to resolve things for you.

Faulty Products: We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means that we will replace a faulty product and will provide a refund if we are unable to replace or if we are otherwise obliged to under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact us within one working day of receipt of the goods at customerservices@saffronade.com and we will endeavour to help resolve the matter.

Exchange: Please choose carefully, since we are unable to return or exchange the goods unless the goods are faulty, or we are otherwise obliged to, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

1. If a product is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated, you will need to notify us the same day it was delivered. Damage may be reported at time of delivery to the delivery provider. Photo evidence will be required. Do not discard the item, as it may need to be picked up and returned to Ingenuity Drinks. You can refuse delivery of a damaged product. You may need to contact the manufacturer for quality-related concerns. 

2. Product condition – Product must be returned in its original condition. Opened or used products will not be accepted.

3. Please email us at customerservices@saffronade.com to initiate a refund request.

4. Refunds will not be issued for packaging variations. As product packaging, wrapping, labeling changes from time to time, the images on the website may not be identical to the packaging you receive (this includes the can(s) itself). We will not accept returns for
product packaging variations. If you have any questions about the packing or can, you can contact  customerservices@saffronade.com, before placing your order.
